Outpost Real Estate Advisors Rebrands as Andesite Real Estate Advisors
Owner-side advisory firm for family offices and private property owners continues under a new name, with the same leadership and services
CHARLESTON, S.C., October 1, 2026 – Outpost Real Estate Advisors today announced that it has rebranded as Andesite Real Estate Advisors, LLC. Ownership, leadership, and services are unchanged.
Andesite advises family offices and private property owners on retail, medtail, mixed-use, and hospitality real estate. Its work covers adaptive reuse, redevelopment, and ground-up development. The firm is advisor-only and works for a flat fee paid by the client. It takes no commission, promote, placement fee, referral fee, or success fee.
Most engagements begin with a Portfolio Review. The review weighs four paths for each asset: hold, sell, redevelop, or recapitalize. The firm also advises at the platform level, including market analysis, platform build, and sourcing. Andesite accepts a limited number of mandates each year and works nationally from the Charleston area.
The name comes from andesite, the volcanic rock named for the Andes. It forms under pressure and builds some of the largest volcanoes on earth.
