We accept a limited number of mandates each year, primarily through introductions. We do not simultaneously advise a developer and a property owner in the same market and product type. Any potential overlap is disclosed before an engagement begins.

Adam Radcliffe has spent 20 years as an investor, developer, and operator across the full life cycle of retail, medtail, mixed-use, and hospitality assets nationwide. He advises family offices, private property owners, and private investment platforms on complex holdings, redevelopment strategy, and new platform builds.
He has overseen more than $1.3 billion in transactions across more than 5.3 million square feet, with prior leadership roles at Clear Path Asset Management, Singerman Real Estate, Alberta Development Partners, and Sage Hospitality.
Each of those roles put him on the owner's side of the table.
Andesite is built on what that taught him: the best results come when real estate is managed with an owner's discipline, and the tax and balance-sheet consequences of every option are on the page before the decision is made.
